General Information

What is a photobooth and how does it work?

Our photobooth captures slow-motion video of guests as they stand on a platform. Our professional camera creates stunning, shareable videos perfect for social media. Guests can instantly receive their videos via text or email.

How many people can use the photobooth at once?

Our photobooth platform can safely accommodate 1-6 people at a time, depending on the group size and comfort level. We recommend 2-4 people for the best video results and optimal experience.

How big are your outdoor movie screens?

We offer multiple screen sizes: 16ft for backyard events (up to 100 people), 24ft for community events (up to 500 people), and 30ft+ for festivals (500+ people). All screens are professional-grade inflatable systems.

What happens if it rains during our outdoor event?

We monitor weather closely and work with you to create backup plans. Our equipment is weather-resistant, but for safety, we can reschedule outdoor cinema events or move to covered areas. Photobooths can operate in light rain under cover.

Booking Information

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for most events. For popular dates (weddings in summer, prom season), book 2-3 months ahead. We do accept last-minute bookings based on availability.

Is a deposit required to secure our date?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due on the day of service. We accept cash, credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 7+ days before your event receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit. Weather-related cancellations for outdoor events are fully refundable or can be rescheduled.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Indiana and Southwest Michigan within a 75-mile radius of Elkhart, IN. This includes South Bend, Fort Wayne, Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, and surrounding communities. Travel fees may apply for distances over 25 miles.

Safety Information

What safety measures do you have in place?

All equipment is professionally maintained and inspected before each event. Our staff are trained in safety protocols, we carry comprehensive insurance, and all electrical equipment meets safety standards. Platform weight limits are strictly enforced.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry comprehensive general liability insurance and can provide certificates of insurance for venues or corporate events that require them. Our coverage protects both our equipment and event activities.

Are there age restrictions for the photobooth?

Children under 8 should be accompanied by an adult on the platform. We provide safety instructions before each use and our attendants monitor all activity to ensure safe, fun experiences for all ages.

Policies & Guidelines

How much space do you need for setup?

Photobooth requires 10x10ft of level space with access to power. Outdoor screens need 30x20ft minimum with clear sightlines. We provide extension cords up to 100ft and can work with most venue layouts.

What are your power requirements?

Most setups require standard 110V household power (15-20 amp circuits). Large outdoor cinema setups may need 220V or generator power, which we can arrange. We always assess power needs during booking.

Can guests use your services while drinking alcohol?

Guests are welcome to enjoy refreshments, but we reserve the right to pause services if behavior becomes unsafe or inappropriate. We work with you to ensure everyone has fun while maintaining a safe environment.
